For what purpose and legitimacy do we process personal data?

• With respect to the data of Clients and Suppliers, we treat the personal data provided for the management of Billing and administration for the design, manufacture and commercialization of bodies and systems for transporting goods at controlled temperature, transport systems in kit for general cargo and systems for digitization, traceability and transparency of the cold transport chain.
• With regard to employee data, we treat the personal data provided for labor management.

What is the legitimacy for the data processing?

The legal basis for the treatment of data regarding Clients, Suppliers and staff is the execution of the contract and provision of the services detailed therein or the consent of the interested party.

How long will we keep the data?

Personal data will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, or its deletion is requested. Once this relationship has ended, we will keep the personal data blocked during the legal limitation periods, once they have elapsed, we will proceed to its elimination.
